"LETS MAKE THE EFFECT": BUILD A GYM WITH DREW EFFECT SPORTS
Our nonprofit is seeking support to build a community gym in Greensboro that will serve as more than just a place to play basketball — it will serve as a safe haven, mentorship hub, and pathway to opportunity for youth and adults across our community. Through adult leagues, youth camps, skills training, and outreach programs, we are creating positive environments where people can grow, build discipline, develop leadership, and stay connected to something bigger than themselves.
Our league has already helped save lives without having a dedicated facility. With a gym of our own, we believe we can positively impact multiple generations and create lasting change throughout our city. Supporting this project is an investment in safer communities, stronger youth, and a brighter future for Greensboro.

Meet our Founder
Brittany Drew
Led by founder, Brittany Drew, Drew Effect Sports has been changing lives since 2018. The nonprofit has already positively impacted multiple generations and is creating lasting change throughout our city. Supporting Drew Effect Sports is an investment in safer communities, stronger youth, and a brighter future for Greensboro. Brittany Drew has had a vision for the nonprofit from the start and has worked multiple jobs to fund the early days of the work. Drew Effect Sports continually evolves as the participants and their families grow in education and experience, which Drew sees as being crucial to their success. Exposing participants to possibilities and opportunities through partnerships that also sustain the work, Drew Effect Sports is poised for promise with additional partnerships that can help them reach more people. I can personally attest to the passion, drive and determination that fuels Drew Effect Sports as I have worked closely with Brittany Drew as her assistant coach in a run to the state championship with the High Point Christian Academy Cougars girls' basketball team in 2024. Coach Drew helped many then and has gone on to help others as an assistant coach at UNC Wilmington WBB and most recently at Stetson University WBB, all while bringing in passionate believers to keep Drew Effect Sports running smoothly.
